Voice audio is processed in real time and is not stored permanently. Only the resulting text transcripts and derived performance metrics are retained for your review.

2.4 Payment Information

• Post-Deletion: When you delete data or your account, we remove it from our active systems within 30 days. Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged within 90 days.
